Program Terms and Conditions
Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) Service
Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) service under this program is reserved for riders who require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, including ramp or lift access and wheelchair securement, to complete their trips safely.
By scheduling, requesting, or accepting a WAV trip under this program, the rider represents that they require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for their transportation needs and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
For any trip occurring immediately following dialysis, surgical procedures, medical treatments, or the administration of anesthesia, sedation, or medications that may impair strength, balance, cognition, or awareness, the rider is required to travel with a personal care attendant.
Drivers are not permitted to provide medical, custodial, or other hands-on assistance beyond the standard transportation services offered under the program.
Rideshare Service
Rideshare service under this program is reserved for trips that begin and end within the designated service area as defined by the official Geofence Map available on each participating entity’s program website.
By scheduling, requesting, or accepting a rideshare trip under this program, the rider represents that they meet the eligibility and program requirements applicable to their trips and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or removal from the program. Each eligible rider is limited to the maximum allowable trips and/or subsidy amounts established under the applicable voucher program.
All riders must comply with the applicable Transportation Network Company terms and conditions, including those of Uber and/or other participating transportation providers.
Trip Data Authorization
By enrolling in or using the program, the rider authorizes participating transportation providers to disclose to TRIPPP Consulting, LLC information relating to trips taken through the program. This information may include the rider’s program identifier, trip date and time, trip status, fare and subsidy information, trip distance and duration, pickup and drop-off street addresses, and pickup and drop-off latitude and longitude coordinates.
The rider authorizes TRIPPP to use and disclose this information to the sponsoring public agency and its authorized representatives for program administration, eligibility and service-area verification, billing, auditing, safety, fraud prevention, compliance, public-transit and grant reporting, service planning, and performance evaluation.
TRIPPP will not sell trip-location information or use it for unrelated marketing purposes. Participation in the program requires this authorization. A rider who withdraws the authorization may be removed from the program because TRIPPP may no longer be able to administer or verify subsidized trips.
General Program Conditions
The City and its transportation partners may modify, suspend, cap, or terminate program services due to safety concerns, operational capacity, budget limitations, misuse of the program, fraud prevention measures, or policy changes.
Failure to comply with program policies, eligibility requirements, safety requirements, or reasonable driver instructions may result in suspension or removal from participation in the program.
