TRIPPP makes transit affordable through the creation of vouchers to significantly offset the cost of private rideshare and shuttles. Vouchers include specific parameters and restrictions, including subsidy amount, eligible locations, dates and times, etc. Vouchers can also be customized for a specific group or individual, to include parameters such as spending, eligible fares, pickup and drop-off location, eligible zones, and more based on each eligibility group. Set subsidy levels based on the percentage of private contributions from participating entities to manage costs and promote community engagement.

Vouchers are distributed via a QR code or URL link for riders to redeem through their mobile app.

Vouchers can also be used to provide disadvantaged community members access to events, healthcare, grocery stores, local businesses, and more.

Any unused vouchers are not charged to your entity. You only pay for trips taken. Also, most trips cost well below set voucher maximums which further stretches your transit budget dollars.
